Low-Carb Pesto Zoodles
Extremely versatile, zucchini can be eaten raw or cooked, is also low in calories primarily because of its high water and fiber content. Zucchinis can be added to any of your favourite recipes, or shape them into zoodles as a healthier alternative to pasta.
Try our "Low-Carb Pesto Zoodles"
Using a vegetable slicer (or spiralizer), cut a zucchini into desired shape (about 1 medium per serving), lightly sauteed in a skillet.
Add your favourite protein (already cooked) such as: chicken, tofu, seafood.
Then toss some of our Creamy Pesto sauce.
Heat through and enjoy!
